To create a fine white wine "Cuvee Emilie", Hermitage AOC Blanc winemakers of Domaine des Remizieres used Marsanne grapes grown in vineyards, which are more than 50 years. Producer's description

Domaine des Remizieres - a family farm, which goes from father to son for three generations. Today, the vineyards stretch economy on more than 30 hectares, while in the early founding of the winery had before only 4 hectares and the rest of the grapes purchased from local cooperatives. The founder of the family business was Dezmur Alfons (Alphonse Desmeure). Currently, the owner of the estate and the magnificent vineyards is Dezmur Philippe (Philippe Desmeure), son of Alfonso, who is making a lot of effort and work, to the wine Domaine des Remizieres were among the best in the region. In 1977, Philip sold the wine that was in the cellar, so expand and modernize production capacity of the winery. In 2005, his daughter Emily, a diploma winemaker, joined his father. In 2009, Christoph, Emily's brother, has also started to participate in the affairs of the winery, devoting himself to work in the vineyards. To care for the vine used only bio technology, allowing each wine has its own flavor characteristics and distinct terroir. Harvesting usually takes place in mid-September, but not before the end of August carried tasting berries to determine the optimal maturity and the right balance of acidity. The success of the family winery is a strong will and hard work of each of its members, as well as clearly defined tasks that are executed with due diligence every day.

By wine intended for private collections customers winery Domaine des Remizieres, for restaurants and wine shops in France and only 25-30% of the production is exported.
