Domaine de la Renardiere, "Jurassique" - a bright, fresh, lively wine with an exciting aroma and crisp acidity. The wine is made from Chardonnay grapes, which are grown in the appellation Arbois Pyuplene on calcareous soils. Harvested by hand from 25-year-old vines. The berries are sorted and gently pressed. Fermentation with natural yeast takes place in old large oak barrels (228-400 liters). Also conducted malolactic fermentation. Aging in oak barrels lasts 15 months, after bottling the wine matures in bottles for 3-6 months. Storage capacity "Zhurassik" is 3-4 years.

Domaine de la Renardière - a family estate of 7.5 hectares, created in 1990. The farm produces the entire assortment of wines of the Arbois Puppillin appellation, the terroir of which allows you to extract the maximum potential from such a local grape variety as Plyussar. The company Plyussar has 50% red wines (from Pinot Noir, Plyussar, Trusso varieties) and 50% white wines (mainly from Chardonnay, as well as a small amount from Savaviné). Since 2003, all work in the vineyards carried out by the organic method. In 2012, Domain de la Ronnardier received official organic certification. The winery uses traditional methods. For fermentation, only native, natural yeast cultures are used, and the addition of sulfur is carried out only with extreme necessity. For aging wines used food grade and old oak barriques.
