Interesting Facts
Volnay Premier Cru "Santenots" - an amazing, powerful red wine, which combines elegance and refinement. The wine is made from Pinot Noir. From 1999 to 2003, wine produced from purchased grapes at the winery Morey-Blanc. In late 2003, Pierre Sea bought a vineyard in the town Petures, north of Meursault. Located on a hilly area, the vineyard is well protected from external influences. After collecting the berries are processed, the wort is fermented in French oak barrels with regular remontazhem and then conducted malolactic fermentation. Wine is aged 15-20 months in French oak barrels. At the peak of ripeness vintage of 2009 will be in the period from 2013 to 2019.

Vineyards Domain Pierre Sea occupy an area of 27 acres (11 ha) plots distributed in Meursault, and are in Monthelie, Pommard and Puligny-Montrachet. From 1992 to 1997, Pierre began the practice of organic farming, and today he has completely passed on biodynamics.
