Bourgogne Chardonnay - fresh, harmonious wine with an attractive taste and aroma, which is made from Chardonnay grapes. Vineyard soil - clay and limestone, the average age of the vines - 35 years. After harvesting the berries are maceration, which lasts about a day. The wort is fermented in French oak barrels with periodic battonazhem. Wine is aged on the lees 16-20 months in French oak barrels.

Pierre Sea - Hereditary Burgundy winemaker, whose ancestors settled in Meursault in 1793. In addition to producing their own wines at the winery Domaine Pierre Morey, Pierre for 20 years worked at the winery Domaine Leflaive, which is famous for its white wines of Grand Cru Class and Premiers Crus. He also worked as sharecroppers on the farm Domaine Comte Lafon, which owns the best vineyards in Meursault. In 1991, Pierre led another company - Morey-Blanc , which was named by his name and maiden name of his wife. The work of this company aims to expand the wine assortment, offer domain Pierre Sea. It is engaged in the procurement of wines with prestigious vineyards, their further aging, bottling and sales under its own brand.
Vineyards Domain Pierre Sea occupy an area of 27 acres (11 ha) plots distributed in Meursault, and are in Monthelie, Pommard and Puligny-Montrachet. From 1992 to 1997, Pierre began the practice of organic farming, and today he has completely passed on biodynamics.
