Chablis Grand Cru "Les Preuses" - great wine from a popular wine region of Chablis, famous for its white dry wines. Vineyard "Les Preuses" is located on the slopes of the hills, where the soil is rich marl and limestone rocks. The average age of the vines is 40 years. Handpicked grapes are fermented on the lees, in part - in oak barrels, partly - in stainless steel tanks, stirring regularly is a must. Excerpt lasts 12 months. As a result of Chablis Grand Cru "Les Prez" gets seductive smooth texture and a pleasant fruity taste. Wine can be enjoyed now, but sustained for a few years, it will only improve its taste.

Gradually administration was inherited by Gilles Fevre, who while studying oenology at the university met his future wife - Natalie. Fascinated by a passion for winemaking, today they head company, striving not only to preserve the legacy of their ancestors, but also to expand and enrich its range. The fruit of their joint labors - great wines of Chablis, through the ages bearing tradition Burgundy wine.
