Wine Nuits-Saint-Georges Premier Cru "Les Proces" is made from Pinot Noir grown in the vineyard "Le requested" having classification Premiers Crus and located in the appellation Nuits-Saint-Georges. Vines with an average age - 40 years, growing at mid-slope of a hill covered with clay and limestone soils. Crop is harvested by hand in early September. Carefully sorted berries are generally exposed as cold maceration, which depending on the characteristics of the crop takes 3 to 7 days and takes place in steel tanks. After completion of the traditional wine vinification gravity poured in French oak barrels (40% - new 60% - annuals) for further exposure of the beverage. "Le requested" is bottled without clarification and filtration.
