Champagne is a sparkling yellow color with a slight greenish-bronze shade.


Dom Ruinart, 1996 has a soft and silky taste with increasing intensity, with notes of tropical fruit and pleasant acidity in a long fresh finish.

In 1729, Nicolas Ruinart founded the House of sparkling wines Ruinart, which is a manufacturer of champagne with rich traditions. Ruinart House has a very long history. Benedictine monk Thierry Ruinart, traveling around Europe, noticed a great interest in champagne from the aristocracy. Legend has it that he studied the production of champagnes at the Dom Perignon. Thierry Ruinard passed on his knowledge to his brother, who opened this business with his son Nicolas Ruinard. The official founding date of the House of Ruinart is 1729. Very quickly, Ruinart champagne became popular not only in France, but also abroad. At the beginning of the 18th century, the next representative of the family, Claude Ruinard de Brimont, opened representative offices in Belgium, Germany, England, the Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Poland and Russia. The royalty of many countries have been preferring this magnificent drink for almost 300 years. Nicholas I officially appointed Dom Ruinart as the supplier of the Russian Imperial Court.
