The wine is inky purple.
The wine has a powerful, rich, deep flavor with floral and mineral tones, sweet tannins and generous, persistent aftertaste.
The wine has a rich aroma with notes of creme de cassis, licorice, graphite shavings, camphor and silica fume.
The wine perfectly complement red meat dishes, marinades and stews.
Interesting Facts
Wine Hermitage "Domaine des Tourettes" made from grapes harvested from the vineyards located in the three provinces: Tien Hermitage, Crozes-Hermitage and Larnezh. This region is protected from the wind by hills which do not block access of light. The vineyard covers 134 hectares, has an annual production volume of 3635 hectoliters. The grapes are harvested by hand when it reaches optimum maturity. Fermentation occurs in conventional concrete tanks with an open top for two days at low temperature. Maceration continues with controlled temperature 28-30 ° C and it lasts about 20 days. After that, the wine is aged 16 months in French oak barrels.

Delas Freres cultivated vineyards on steep granite slopes of the northern Rhone in the most prestigious regions. The area of vineyards is about 16 000 hectares. Delas Freres wines embody refinement and elegance are a reward for the intensity of flavor and excellent value.
