Refined red wine Cotes du Rhone "Saint-Esprit" Red AOC is made from 90% Syrah grapes, and 10% Grenache, which is collected from vineyards in the village of Ardeche. The vineyards are located on steep granite slopes, providing better conditions for the growth of vines. After harvest, the berries are fermented for two weeks at 28 ° C. Then the wort is poured into stainless steel tanks, where it is malolactic fermentation. Part of the wine (30%) is aged in oak barrels for a special flavor, and some - in stainless steel tanks.
Annually produces about 450,000 bottles of dry red wine Cotes du Rhone "Saint Esprit".
