Wine beautiful, pure garnet color.
Wine with a fresh, round, deep, clean taste that reveals hints of juicy fruit and light herbal nuances. The wine has good acidity, rough texture and soft tannins. Long aftertaste is replete with motifs of ripe red berries.
The aroma of wine is woven from the notes of cherries, dark chocolate, vanilla, cinnamon, rowan and spices. There are bright mineral nuances.
The wine goes well with red meat, game, poultry, cheese, tuna and truffles.

Fine wine "Château Canon" is made from grapes of Merlot and Cabernet Franc, the average age of the vines which is 25 years.
