Tasting Notes


The wine is very dark, intense garnet cherry color.


The wine has a rich flavor with a silky texture, refreshing moderate acidity, soft tannins, bright fruit notes and a hint of mocha and a characteristic bitter tobacco.


Excellent mysterious aroma of wine combines the fruity notes of dark plum and blackberry, as well as notes of thyme and nuances of nutmeg.

Blend wine "Merlot, Gimblett Gravels Vineyard" consists of mixed with a small proportion of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec Merlot, carefully selected from 22 areas of the vineyard Grevels Gimblett, whose warm, gravelly soil is ideal for the production of Merlot. The wine is rich, fresh, ripe style, showing no overripe character, with lush, warm texture. After harvest, the berries are fermented in steel containers using yeasts.
