Tasting Notes
Whiskey pale and transparent amber color.
The taste of whiskey is rich, round, balanced, with an excellent level of acidity, tones of candied lemon, apple pie and candy, shades of walnuts, almonds, toffee, as well as nuances of cinnamon, cloves, dark chocolate and oak wood. The finish is of medium duration, with an oily character and warming spicy notes.
The aromatic bouquet of whiskey is incredibly soft, replete with well-integrated spicy-sweet and fruity tones framed in shades of green leaves of wild rose, toffee and vanilla. Over time, the aroma reveals more and more herbal notes, accents of dried apples and flowers.
Whiskey is excellent in itself, as a digestif, with the addition of a small amount of water, as well as paired with a fragrant cigar.

"Collectivum" XXVIII - complex blended whiskey with a delicate aroma and complex taste, which includes 28 single malt whiskeys from various wineries belonging to the company Diagethe. This fact was the reason for the name of whiskey. "Collectivum" XXVIII was awarded the title "Whiskey of the Year" from Jim Murray in his Bible Whiskey 2019.
