Wine pale golden brilliant color.
The wine has a rich taste, in which notes of citrus freshness blend harmoniously with a sweet touch of honey. Wine with great balance of acidity and a lovely mineral finish.
The aroma of wine a complex bouquet of mineral and floral notes, colors lime, tropical fruit and lime.
Great wine as an aperitif, goes well with grilled fish, spicy salads and oriental seafood.

Domain Mark Kreydenveys - a brand with a rich tradition. It was founded already in 1650. The current owner - Mark - runs the company since 1971. Since 1989, he has established strict biodynamic principles of growing grapes without the use of chemicals. Mark Kreydenveys believes that with the opening of a bottle of his wine, we offer a piece of his land, his family, his own.
Taste wines made from Pinot Gris, differ markedly depending on the area of its cultivation. Pinot Gris grown in Alsace, gives a rich fruity taste, has a rather high spiciness and that very unusual for Pinot Gris, it is recommended to withstand long enough, some experts even suggest a period of 30 years, while other wines from the Pinot Gris better to drink young.
The grapes for "Clos du Val d'Eleon" L'Ami de la Ter "is grown in the vineyard of 3.3 acres with twenty-year vines, located on the southern slope of the hill. The soils of gray slate give grapes mineral character. The low temperature summer of 2004 affected the timing of the harvest - the grapes are harvested in late October. After fermentation, the wine is aged 10 months in 100-year-old ancestral oak barrels.
