The wine has an elegant, well-balanced, dry, full-bodied and smooth fruity taste with a pleasant acidity and a long finish.
In persistent aroma of wine is dominated by shades of cherry, raspberry and violet colors, which harmoniously complements notes of tobacco and spices.
This wine goes well with a variety of antipasti, red meat, cheese and pasta average maturity, it will make a wonderful couple with tortelloni with Pecorino cheese and other Italian dishes.
Chianti Classico - the most famous Italian wine and democratic, perfectly suitable for everyday meals and for luxurious banquets. Chianti Classico San Felice is made in the classical style for the Chianti - a soft, quiet and elegant wine, fine reflects the character of Sangiovese. The wine is made from selected grapes that grow in the vineyards in the commune of Castelnuovo Berardenga. The vineyards are located at an altitude of 340-400 meters above sea level, the harvest begins in the first half of October. Fermentation and maceration take place in stainless steel tanks for 8-10 days. The wine is aged 10-12 months in barrels ("Botti") Slavonian oak and 2 months in the bottle. The wine has good potential storage for 5-7 years.
The history of the company dates back to San Felice tenth century, according to documents found, it was at this time that the parish of San Felice, dedicated to the martyr San Felice da Nola. The temple and the farm is next, experiencing all the historical vicissitudes. Together, they were subjected to various types of control - both religious and control by powerful families. It was only in the early twentieth century the family Del Taya took control of territory and turned the farm into a successful enterprise. The prestige of this family confirms the fact that they were among the founders of the famous Consortium Chianti Classico.
Time after the Second World War was for San Felice decadent, as well as for the entire region of Chianti. But in 1968 fortune turned in the direction of the company, it becomes the largest financial groups. Enzo Morganti, far-sighted manager with extensive experience in the cultivation of Sangiovese, laid the foundation for scientific research, which initially aimed at improving the capacity of the class.
Today, the company Agricola San Felice is known worldwide for innovative ideas and perfect output quality, so it has achieved great success. Agricola San Felice calls himself a "project", which implies a diversity of companies. More specifically, this definition was fixed since the company became part of Gruppo Allianz SpA Since then wine ambitions San Felice increased in quantity and quality, in particular, the company focused on research and development.
Agricola San Felice is engaged in multifaceted activities in different areas:

• control over the production of products: from vinification to maturation of wine in barrels and bottling;
