The wine goes well with red meat, grilled, braised meats, cheeses, pasta dishes and barbecue.
"Chianti Ca 'Del Doge" was macerated on the skins for about 10 days and then fermented at a controlled temperature of 30 C. Exposure of wine produced in cement vats to preserve the fresh flavor and the best performance.
Tombakko company was founded in the beginning of XX century as a farm for growing vegetables. Since its inception, every effort has been focused on how to produce products of the highest quality. Vinicola Tombacco located in Trebaseleghe, a small town near Padua, Treviso and Venice. Vineyards stretch in the center of the Triveneto. This amazing area, although it is very close to the sea, protected from the wind by mountain spaces and rich in rivers. In such circumstances, the vines produce a bountiful harvest, and the wines are rich and especially delicious.
