Taste wine dense, deep, buttery, round and spicy, with an impressively long and complex finish.
The wine has a fresh, outdoor aroma in which tones of red plum and currant with hints of licorice infused and sweet spices.
Wine is perfect for venison, meat and various cheeses.

Wine Chateauneuf-du-Pape "Clos du Roi" - an excellent red wine from a blend of grape varieties Grenache, Mourvedre and Syrah grown in the vineyard Clos du Roi in Chateauneuf-du-Pape, located on the terrace with pebbles. Age of vines is 38 years. Vines have low productivity and deep roots nourish the grapes minerals and provides the perfect ripening of the grapes in any weather. The grapes are harvested by hand and subjected to a thorough sorting, then crushed and subjected to maceration for 10 days at a controlled temperature. The wine is aged in oak barrels, clarified using egg whites and subjected to light filtration before bottling.

Château Zhigonyan located near the village of Sorgues, near the famous Le Grand Zhigonyan, it was built in the XIX century, there was originally a monastery. Calle family acquired the castle in 1966 and has invested heavily in its complete reconstruction, including basements and industrial premises. Now they own 72 hectares of vineyards in three appellasonah France: Cotes du Rhone, Cotes du Rhone and Chateauneuf The Village du-Pape. The new team, led by winemakers Laura Ambroise and Eloy dyurbe of the legendary Domaine de Trevallon completely switched to organic production and immediately doubled the yield of the winery. All the changes have transformed the Chateau Zhigonyan a world-class winery.
