Wine shiny gold color.
Unusually full-bodied wine, with harmonious acidity and a long fresh finish.
The wine has a rich aroma with hints of apple, peach flowers, hints of spice and bitter almond.
Wine is recommended to bring to the sponge cakes with fruit, cheese with mold, foie gras.
Interesting Facts
Chateau belongs to the family-Gon Medevil in the portfolio which there are several well-known wineries in different regions, including Champagne. In Sauternes it also belongs to the outstanding Chateau Vest. Medevil family in the wine business since the 18th century and still continues the tradition of winemaking at its Bordeaux vineyards. Unlike his two older sisters Julie Gonet-Medevil always knew she wanted to work in the wine business. After studying law at the university, she worked in the family business with a parent for seven years, and in 2004 officially started managing winery Chateau Vest and Chateau Le Zhyustis.
