The wine is light straw color with greenish reflections.
Elegant, balanced wine with bright acidity and lively, rounded taste filled with notes of ripe fruit, grapefruit, peaches. The finish is long, refreshing and pleasant.
Bright, stylish aroma of the wine reveals notes of blackcurrant leaf, rhubarb, lime, orange zest, mineral, green apple, mango wood and acacia flowers.
Wine is an excellent aperitif and goes well with seafood (mussels, shells, clams, snails, shrimp, oysters), white meat, as well as sushi, sashimi, goat cheeses and light salads.
