"Chateau de Pellehaut" Millesime - vintage Armagnac, which attracts fruit flavor and aroma. For its production using one of the most common grapes in the world - Ugni Blanc. The vineyards are located in the region Tenarez, dominated by sandy-clayey soil with limestone. In this area, as a rule, low rainfall in the warm season, so that the grapes get the necessary amount of solar heat. After harvesting and thorough analysis, vinification is carried out in the traditional way without the use of sulfites. Then the resulting wine materials are distilled. To do this, use traditional alambiki, which are continuously heated on a wood-burning stove. Armagnac kept in barrels of black Gascon oak.

Producer's description
Domaine de Pellehaut has existed for more than four centuries. Since 1950, Gaston Berow took over the management of the company. It was he who made a great contribution to the development of Domain de Pelleo. The farm is engaged not only in winemaking, but also in cattle breeding, and in the cultivation of grain crops. The vineyards are located at the highest point of the territory belonging to the family Berow - about 180 meters above sea level. It is dominated by sandy-clay soils with limestone impurities. The territory of the farm, located in a lowland, is reserved for cattle breeding and grain cultivation. It is important that for the fertilizer of the vineyards on the farm they use only compost after their own cows.
Now the management of the company has passed into the hands of the sons of Gaston, Martin and Matthew Berow. They continue to adhere to the age-old traditions of the production of wines and Armagnacs, follow the innovations and introduce them into production. Products Domain de Pelleo has repeatedly received awards at competitions "Le Concours General Agricole" and "Les Talents de l'Armagnac".
