Wine bright golden-yellow color with greenish reflections.
This wine has a persistent, fresh, well-balanced fruit and mineral flavor with nuances of toning in a long aftertaste.
Slim, elegant bouquet bright fruit flavors presented with pronounced notes of white peach, notes of minerals, almond and hazelnut.
Being a wonderful aperitif, this wine also make a perfect pair with smoked salmon, baked trout and fish cooked on the grill. It also goes well with a variety of seafood (especially shellfish), as well as with white meat and chicken.
Interesting Facts
Nice dry white wine Le Renard Chardonnay is made from Chardonnay grapes grown on clay-limestone soils of Bourgogne appellation. The grapes are harvested during its optimum maturity. For the fermentation and subsequent aging of wine used oak barrels and metal cans. During the first 9 months of 1/5 of the wine contained in new French oak barrels and 4/5 - in stainless steel tanks.
