Chateau Rock Taillades stands out Médoc wines thanks to its excellent quality and individual characteristics. The grapes for this wine are grown in the north of the Médoc on clay, limestone and gravel soils. Grape harvest is carried out manually. Long maceration and vinification is carried out in stainless steel tanks with thermal control, then the wine is kept for 14 months in barriques.
