Dark ruby-red color.
The wine has a dense, concentrated, rich flavor. Wonderful structure, rich tones of fruit, ripe and supple tannins. On the palate is also noticeable shades of caramel and licorice.
The wine has a concentrated flavor with hints of dark fruit.
The wine goes well with meat dishes, game and cheeses.

Chateau Pavie - the ancient castle of Bordeaux. Thanks to an excellent terroir and the highest grade of their wines is one of the two best Chateau St. Emilion (along with Chateau Ozone), as well as one of the most beautiful castles in all of Bordeaux.
