Pink dry wine "Kote Mas" Rose Oror is made from three grape varieties grown in a Mediterranean climate on soils consisting of clay and limestone. The grapes are separated from the ridges, each variety is vinified separately. For making wine, only the juice of the "combined run" is used. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel thermostats for two weeks. This process allows you to get the maximum intensity of fruit flavor while maintaining the natural acidity and flavor. The farm Domaines Paul Mas was founded in the Herault Valley in Languedoc by a man named Auguste Mas. At first, the family had only 22 hectares of land planted with vines. In the future, the property expanded significantly due to the acquisition of land in Montpellier and Pezenas, after which the farm already owned 440 hectares of land, on which they planted 25 grape varieties, mainly Chardonnay, Viognier, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache and Merlot. Since 1987, the reigns of this successful farm have passed to Paul Mas, who did business with his descendants Jean-Claude and Michel. The last purchase of Paul was the farm "Domain de Martinolles," which occupies 50 hectares of land. Since 2000, the winery manages Jean-Claude - a representative of the fourth generation of the Mas family.

Producer's description
The first mention of Chateau Mont-Redon is dated 1344 year, when the bishop officially recognized the land as a vineyard. In the middle of the XVIII century, a lawyer and Doctor of Law, Joseph Ignace d'Astier, bought the estate. Anselme Mathieu, who called himself "Marquis de Mont-Redon", continued the family business until 1866 phylloxera destroyed the vineyards are not in Chateauneuf-du-Pape.
In 1923, Château Mont-Redon into the hands of Henri Plantin. He planted new vines on rocky plateau and began to experiment with different varieties. For four generations the family Plantin cultivated vineyards, expanding their space and applying years of experience in viticulture.
