Has a light green tint.
Chateau Merle different intense flavor and pleasant long finish with a hint of citrus and minerals. The bouquet sound notes of acacia honey and exotic fruits.
Aroma intense with pronounced notes of citrus, strawberries and raspberries.
Perfect with seafood, such as grilled lobster, shrimp and young octopus. Also goes well with fish and white meat, such as turbot in Normandy, quenelle of salmon, trout, char-grilled, chicken in a creamy spicy sauce. Can be served with desserts and fruits.

Chateau Merle is one of the 15 castles belonging to the house wine Cordier, which was founded in 1886 and today is one of the largest producers of top quality wines in Bordeaux.
A distinctive feature vintage Cordier is the observance of a balance between traditional and innovative methods of winemaking. Much attention is paid to improving the quality of the wine through scientific research conducted in conjunction with the Institute of oenological Bordeaux.
Chateau Merle is one of the finest wines, fully justifies the proud title of Grand Vin De Bordeaux (great wines of Bordeaux), which it was awarded.
