Chateau La Lagoon 2005 - the soft, fragrant and well-balanced wine with velvety tannins balanced by light acidity. In a complex, elegant bouquet notes of licorice, spice, black cherry and cassis infused with a hint of skin, revealing the beginning, they continue to sound mildly charming aftertaste.
In an elegant aroma felt notes of spices, cassis and leather.
Recommended to be served with red meat, veal chops, roast lamb with wine sauce, steak, game and mushrooms, roasted poultry, foie gras and other high-calorie dishes. As an ideal snack pies and mature cheeses.
