Interesting Facts

White wine Chateau Gabaron, Bordeaux AOC is created from a blend of grape varieties Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon grown in the vineyards of Chateau. Vintage wine are harvested in late September or early October. The grapes were carefully selected, separated from the ridges and exposed trim pressed. Fermentation is carried out in steel containers at controlled temperatures. Aged in stainless steel tanks does not last long, however, allows the wine to mature and form a complex bouquet and vigorous taste. In 2011, the second half of the summer and early autumn was cooler than usual, allowing the grapes to retain acidity. Therefore, the wines were clean, colorful and can compete with the 2001 vintage.
