Agrofarm "Zavetnoye", where the vineyards supplying material for the plant are located, is located in the city of Bakhchisaray, the ancient capital of Crimean winemaking. The climate of Bakhchisarai favors the production and aging of high-quality wines and cognacs. The surrounding mountains protect the region from piercing sea winds, and the sun shines in abundance almost all year round. The vineyards of the agro-farm lie on the same breadth of the famous wine-growing regions, such as French Bordeaux, Italian Turin and North American Oregon. More than 800 hectares of vineyards, equipped with drip irrigation systems, are designated for the cultivation of European and autochthonous grape varieties, including Riesling, Aligote, Rkatsiteli, Cabernet Sauvignon, Muscat Ottonel, Pinot Noir. A quarter of the territory of the plots is occupied by young grapes, the vines of which are only gaining strength and maturity. Near the vineyards are fruit gardens, lavender fields, plantations of roses and sage - they give their flavors and colors to the grapes, which the skilled hands of winemakers are then gently transformed into a noble drink.
