Wine Chassagne-Montrachet Vieilles Vignes 2007 is elegantly complex flavor and is made by cold fermentation. The fermentation in stainless steel tanks takes three weeks, and then the wine for a short time aged in oak barrels. In the production of wine Chassagne-Montrachet Vieille Vignes uses only natural yeast that promotes clean and richness of flavor of wine. Harvested grapes Pinot Noir is pressed with pneumatic presses, thus preserving the natural flavor of this complex for the cultivation of the old Burgundian varieties.
