Wine Charles Thomas Pommard AOC 2007 is made from Pinot Noir from vineyards located in appellasone Pommard in the Côte de Beaune. Title Pommard presumably comes from the words pol ("pond", "plant") and the German word marka ("Border"). Appellasona Pommard wine has long been appreciated far beyond France not only as Burgundy with excellent flavor, but also as a wine that can be stored for a long time and well tolerated in transportation.
