In a complex and captivating bouquet Chablis Pic Premier 1997 rich acidity and mineral tones are softened notes of white bread and apple. Easy langur Chablis has a medium-long sweet finish.
In fresh fragrant felt notes of acacia, white flowers, bread, butter and a light shade of mineral quartz.
Perfect accompaniment to shellfish such as lobster on the grill. Also goes well with fish and poultry - turbot in Normandy, quenelle of salmon baked in foil sole, chicken in cream, stuffed chicken. Also recommended to serve with oysters in champagne and foie gras.
