Tasting Notes


The wine is light golden color with greenish reflections.


The wine shows a mineral flavor with a buttery texture and vanilla tones that perfectly complemented by elegant notes of tropical and citrus fruits.


The wine has a bright, expressive aroma, woven from the notes of chamomile flowers, honey and flint.


The wine goes well with delicious dishes such as grilled trout, lobster in orange sauce, stuffed quail, as well as other dishes, poultry, fish and seafood.

Interesting Facts

"Cervaro della Sala" - one of the best wines in the line Antinori. It received its name from Cervaro nobles who were the owners of Castello della Sala in the XIV century. The first harvest "Cervaro della Sala" was produced in 1985 and in 1987 was introduced to the market. This wine has bright character, style and has won numerous awards and has won several major awards for its consistent quality.
