Wine pale gold color.


The taste of wine is perfectly balanced, with good structure, has a complex bouquet with notes of tropical and citrus fruits, to which are added a hint of vanilla and wood. The finish is long and flavorful.

"Cervaro della Sala" - one of the best wines in the line Antinori. It received its name from Cervaro nobles who were the owners of Castello della Sala in the XIV century. The first harvest "Cervaro Della Sala" was produced in 1985 and in 1987 was introduced to the market. Unusual climatic conditions in 2003 were characterized as cold in winter and one of the most hot and dry in recent years, in the spring and summer.
