Wine "Pilin", the production of which was begun in 1984, is named in honor of his grandfather Mario Bergalo, Pilin was his nickname in Gavi. The grapes for the production of «Pilin» lovingly collected from all the vineyards of the estate. Healthy, ripe grapes are placed in wooden trays shrinkage of 30-40 days.
