The color of wine - rich ruby red.
The wine has a velvety fruit flavor with hints of dried berries - raspberries, cherries, blackberries. Especially refined bouquet attach notes of chocolate and sweet spice, velvety tannins. The finish is long, juicy and elegant.
Deep aroma of the wine reveals hints of currant, dried flowers and sweet spices.
The wine goes well with red meats, stews, meats, mature cheeses.

Brunello di Montalcino "Cerretalto" made from Sangiovese grapes grown in the vineyard "Cherretalto" in the eastern part of Montalcino, which is located in a natural amphitheater on the river Aso. Thanks to the microclimate, soil, low yield vines and more attention of winemakers, wine has a unique character and an excellent balance of taste. This wine is produced every year, but only in the seasons when the crops were deemed to be committed. Being a very late ripening variety, Sangiovese going from the 2nd to the 21st of October. Fermentation and maceration lasts 27 days, after which the wine matures in small French oak barrels for 27 months and then 30 months in bottles. This wine is a very long storage potential, the best time of use vintage 2007 - the period between 2016 and 2036 years.
Winery "Casanova di Neri" was founded in 1971 when Giovanni Neri bought a large estate in Montalcino, in an area famous for excellent conditions for growing grapes and creating great wines. The estate belonged to 35 hectares of vineyards. Gradually Giovanni Neri join him and other lands, so today the winery has a total of about 60 hectares, which are divided into four vineyard: "Petradoniche", which is located in Castelnuovo del Abate, "Le Cetin" in Sant'Angelo in Colle, "Cherretalto" and "Fiesole" to the east, near the farm, in front of Montalcino.
