The bouquet is dominated by whiskey aromas of vanilla, dates and figs.

Caol Ila - distillery, located in the northeastern part of the island Ila, near the port Askeyg. Caol Ila was built in 1846 by Hector Henderson, who also owned the old factory in Glasgow Camlachie.
