The resulting condensate has a strength of 30-35%. After the second distillation, alcohols gain a fortress of 70%. At the end of the Calvados kept in oak barrels for at least 4 years. Shelf life under all conditions - 10 years. In 2010, Calvados was awarded the "Vermeil" medal at the Regional Competition "Vimoutiers".
