Aromatic refreshing wine with good acidity. Due to aging in French oak, this wine combines the fruity and woody notes.
The aroma of wine is dominated by citrus and mineral tones, complemented by hints of pineapple and honey.

One of the first foreigners to rated capacity Colchagua wine was a California pioneer and patriarch Robert Mondavi, who visited the country for the first time in 1985. In the early 1990s he met Eduardo Chadwick, and they realized that striving for the same goal: to create a great Chilean wine, which can be put on the table, not only during a simple dinner, but on a serious event. Therefore, in 1996 the family Chadwick and Mondavi founded in Colchagua joint venture Caliterra. Economy grew and developed, in 2004, the family bought a share Chadwick Mondavi and was one of the best Chilean wineries. Name of winery Caliterra combines two Spanish words: calidad (quality) and tierra (land). And select the name of the founders gives a clear sense of priorities Caliterra - find the best terroir and make it the best wine. Caliterra vineyards occupy 415 hectares in the heart of Colchagua. The first vines were planted in 1997 (Merlot, Carmenere, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and a small amount of Sangiovese and Malbec) on stony soils and different sites.
