Interesting Facts
Wine Bourgogne Pinot Noir is made from berries collected in the vineyards of three different villages of the Côte de Beaune: Aloxe-Corton, Savigny-les-Beaune and Pernand-Verzheles. For the production of wine grapes used best, which is assembled by hand in small boxes. Fermentation takes place in open wooden tanks under strict temperature control for 10 days. The wine is aged in oak barrels and bottled after 12 months. Great wine Bourgogne Pinot Noir can be drunk young or stored for 5 years.
Domain Antonin Guyon - one of the largest owners of the most prestigious vineyards of the Côte d'Or. The winery was founded in the 60s of the 20th century, when the family acquired the domain Guyon Hippolyte Thevenot. In subsequent years, property boundaries, Antonin Guyon Domain widened due to the acquisition of the economy of other sites, and now the sons of Antonin Guyon, and Dominique Michel, run the family estate with total area of 48 hectares of vineyards which stretched from the commune of Gevrey-Chambertin to Meursault, with beautiful old cellars in the commune of Savigny les Beaune, where the wines are 18 different types of controlled origin, which are produced exclusively from its own grapes.
