Interesting Facts

"Berneroy" Fine - the most "junior" representative of the ruler Calvados Bernerua, if you start from the term aging drink. To create it using ripe apples grown in orchards of Normandy. Typically, the yield harvested from mid-September until the end of November. Freshly apple juice is subjected to a natural fermentation for at least four weeks. Fermentation takes place under strictly controlled conditions. Further, the resulting cider is distilled only once on an old Cuba, with copper pillar and held already for used French oak barrels. The minimum holding period "Bernerua" Fin - 2 years. In 2011, "Berneroy" Fine won two gold medals at the competition San Francisco World Spirits Challenge.
