"Small Barrel" SMV - red semi-dry wine, which uses grape varieties Shiraz, Mourvedre and Viognier (SMV), assembled by hand in the vineyards of the region Agter-Paarl. Vinification is natural fermentation of all three varieties, malolactic fermentation in new French oak barrels and aged for 18 months.

Paarl wine region is one of the most famous grape growing regions in South Africa. To survive in these conditions, the vines must fight for their existence and their roots penetrate deep into the earth to extract precious moisture.
