Interesting Facts
Louise's Kashin - a small family farm, run by Luigi Minuto with his wife Ines and son Roberto. The winery is located on the famous Rabayya in Barbaresco. Family owned 5 hectares of vineyards, located on the crest of the hill and on its southern slopes. Here planted classic varieties - Dolcetto, Barbera and Nebbiolo. Annual production capacity - 25,000 bottles of red wine.
Sort Barbera - one of the most popular in Piedmont, which occupies more than half of the vineyards. "Barbera d'Alba Maggiur" - younger wine from Louise's Kashin, coming after Rabaja and Sori Paolin. But despite this, the wine is different full, fruity flavor and delicate aroma. The wine is aged for at least two years in large oak barrels and can be consumed already quite young - between the ages of two to three years.
