In spite of the high alcohol content of vodka "Artsakh" has rounded taste with light sour apricot and finish with notes of apricot pits.
In the subtle flavor infused warm notes of ripe apricot, yellow plums and candied fruit.
Sour notes do "Artsakh Apricot" a fine aperitif. Ideally combined with oriental cuisine such as rice, Lagman, beshbarmak, kebab, sharp fish and meat dishes, turkey with raisins, duck with cherries and other dishes from poultry.

Vodka "Artsakh Apricot" is made with only the ripe apricot fruit with soft flesh oozing. Collect them carried out only by hand, then sorted and apricots separate the flesh from the bones. After the end of fermentation, which lasts several weeks, the fermented juice is subjected to double distillation. Distillation is carried out in small copper pot stills, similar to the form of brandy, thus achieving high quality and aromaticity distillate. High alcohol blended with soft water purified and then purified using membrane filters.
Before you go on sale "Artsakh Apricot" a few months aged in enamelled tanks, thus acquires its unique fragrant and smooth taste. At the international forum "Beverage Industry" 2006 "Artsakh Apricot" was awarded a gold medal and a diploma of the first degree.
