Color

Wine of intense pink color with light reflections.

Taste

The wine has a well-balanced taste with pleasant fruit tones and nuances of wild roses, which give way to the typical varietal notes of Syrah.

The aroma of wine is filled with tones of fruit and red berries, with the dominant shades of cherry, strawberry and raspberry.

"Poggio ai Ginepri" Rosato - Rose dry Tuscan wine, filled with hints of red berries and wild rose petals. The wine is created from grapes Syrah (30%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (70%) collected from the best vineyards of Bolgheri DOC.

Winter 2012 was extremely severe and accompanied by a low-temperature behavior. Spring was quite warm, which allowed the grapes to bloom in time. The summer months were warm, hot and no rain. In connection with such climatic conditions the harvest began very early - on 27 August. Beautiful sunny weather with light winds allowed the grapes to reach optimum ripeness, form excellent balance of sugar and aromatic bouquet.
Each of the grapes separately vinified stainless steel tanks under strictly controlled temperature conditions. Then the wine is blended and bottled.

The estate Tenuta Argentieri, located on the coast of the Maremma in Tuscany, on the southern border of the small but prestigious Bolgheri DOC region belongs to an influential Florentine family Serristori, get it in the property of the family de 'Medici.
