"Xisto Preto" Piteira is a wine from the famous Portuguese Douro zone. It is made from local grape varieties: Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Touriga Franca and Tinta Barroca. The grapes are fermented in 12-ton amphoras with temperature control and aging for 6 months. Wine "Xisto Preto" Piteira is able to fit into any meal: from evening pizza to a family dinner.

The aim of the company Amareleza Vinhos is to produce high quality wines from local grape varieties grown in the Piteira region. She also strives to unite small producers in order to promote their products in the domestic and international markets. For this, Amareleza Vinhos has a policy of preserving and reviving old vineyards, special techniques and wine production technologies.
