Dry white wine "Alma Valley" Pinot Blanc is produced from Pinot Blanc grown in the Valley Alminskaya. Vinification is cold fermentation in stainless steel containers. Fans of the Crimean wines can watch the birth of a new star of the domestic wine - Alma Valley. On the territory of Alminskaya Valley, about settlements Vilino and sandy stretch of 200 hectares of vineyards planted with many popular classic European grape varieties imported from nurseries in Germany, France, Italy and Austria in 2008. The main agronomist Nikolai crutch, enologist Thomas Doll and a team of specialists from Switzerland conducted a thorough analysis of soil, climate and environmental conditions to identify the most suitable areas for the different varieties. Half of the vines already bearing fruit and give dramatic results allowing to plan fantastic assambyazhi and rely on the possibility of obtaining the unique organoleptic properties of wines (such as "ice wine" Icewine).
Current production is divided into three price categories: the exclusive "special cuvée", the basic white and red wines "Alma Valley" and top "Alma Valley Reserve", as well as affordable, accessible to all table wines "Vilino". For their production, thanks to a major investment of foreign investors totaled about 40 million dollars was built ultra-modern factory. It is equipped with an automatic feeding grapes, a three-tier system of gravitational movement of wine materials, Italian and modern bottling line storage for 100 th. Dal with a view to increasing the capacity to 400 th. Dal. Technological equipment is distinguished not only the production of Alma Valley, but the vineyards themselves. For them, the drip irrigation system is provided, equipped with special meteovyshki to collect information on climatic conditions, rainfall, wind speed and direction, leaf-light, humidity and soil.
In 2014, the post of Director General was invited Andrey Grigoriev, known as the founder of the Russian project Wine, and his deputy was the wine expert Igor Serdyuk.
