Over the years, wine production expanded, to date, the plant produces about 45,000 bottles a year. The plant is located in a small commune of Monforte d'Alba. Today farm owns 5.5 hectares of vineyards and 1.5 hectares in the lease, which are cultivated varieties Nebbiolo, Barbera and Dolcetto, located in the town of San Giovanni in the area of Monforte. When growing grapes Gianfranco force reduces yield vineyards - it contributes to a better maturation of the grapes, making the crop more healthy and resistant to disease, which is an important component for the production of high quality wines.
