Wine velvet ruby color with purple reflections.
The wine has a rich, supple flavor with a velvety texture and perfect balance. Long aftertaste decorated with mineral undertones.
In the mellow, complex aromas of wine disclosed tones of dark fruit, earth and underbrush.
The wine goes well with meat dishes: grilled meat, fried meat, sauce and a variety of cheeses.

Gevrey-Chambertin "Mes Favorites" Vieilles Vignes, 2007 - excellent, ripe fruity wine with a long harmonious taste different soft tannins.
