Adria Vini, "Italia" Pinot Grigio Rose, Provincia di Pavia IGT - rosé wine with a delicate, exquisite taste and fruity aroma. Its production uses Pinot Grigio and Pinot Noir grapes grown in the north of Italy in the Pavia region. The grapes are harvested by hand in early September, crushed at the winery and left to macerate for 12 hours at low temperature, then subjected to soft pressing and placed in stainless steel tanks for fermentation.
The wine won bronze medals at the "Decanter World Wine Awards, 2016" and "IWSC, 2016".
The winemaking company Adria Vini , founded in 2003, is a joint venture of Boutinot and Araldica Castelvero. Its goal is to produce high-quality Italian wines from local grape varieties. All the details of production - from grapes sorting to vinification, ripening, blending and bottling - are carefully monitored by Claudio Manera from Araldika Castelvero and Lella Burdeze from Butino’s Italian division. Grapes come from private producers and cooperatives of Veneto, Friuli, Lombardy, Sicily, Puglia, Abruzzo and Sardinia, with whom the winery has long-term relationships. Wines from Adria Vini have a unique taste profile, and also demonstrate good value for money.

Araldica Castelvero - is the largest and most progressive cooperative Piedmont, founded in 1954 and currently has about 300 members. Basically this small vineyard owners that almost 1,000 hectares cultivated local white grape varieties - Moscato and Cortese, blue cultivar Barbera and international varieties - Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay. The vineyards are located in several major areas of Piedmont, such as Lange, Monferrato, Roero and Gavi.
Cooperative owned winery Antica Contea di Sastelvero, the oldest of which was built in 1954. Excerpt wines then carried out in cement vats.
