The history of Chateau Abkhaz began in 2008 with the planting of more than 400 hectares of its own vineyards and orchards near Pitsunda and Ochamchira in Abkhazia, which launched in 2010 to produce still and sparkling wines, spirits, beer, lemonade, mineral water and fresh fruits . To ensure the production of a full cycle, modern German and Italian equipment was purchased.
Now the company employs more than 180 people. In the process of making drinks, only natural ingredients and raw materials are used, as well as pure natural water from an artesian well in the Bzyb river basin.
