Legend has it that at the end of the Flood the ark with Noah landed on the top of Mount Ararat. Before the survivors of the flood stretched the magnificent Ararat Valley, in which Noah decided to settle permanently. He and his family began to cultivate fertile soil, first of all planting apricot seed in them. The solar fruit filled the hearts of people with joy, and they began to grow other trees - pomegranate, peach, apple, cherry and others whose seeds were kept by Noah from the flood.
